While Max was at school, Julie and Brittney went to an intergenerational playdate at a senior center. This cutie is worth giving up chocolate for…(though Brittney has found some pretty good dairy/soy free ones to help her celebrate one of her favorite holidays, and an awesome dairy-free/gluten-free brownie recipe – she and Julie have been baking way too many treats and crackers from this website).

Julie loved her card from Daddy. Max was too busy eating his Valentines present, ‘fish eggs’ (salmon roe) for pictures.

Max likes his chocolate too – we had some friends over for cookie decorating and Max made sure he had ‘red chocolates’ on his creation.
